Всем доброго времени суток! Ситуация у меня такова что с некоторых пор перестал работать hostapd. Не заметил после чего началось, но если смотреть ошибки видно что девайс занят.~$ sudo hostapd -dd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf | grep Failed

порывшись нашел что дрова сначала не давали возможности работать в режиме master, постучал в бубен и возможность появилась:

Через управление сетями интерфейс переходит в режим мастер, но созданная сеть отваливается... возможно началось после некоторых обновлений, но это осталось для меня закадром(. Вопрос: Возможно ли настроить нетворк манагер так чтоб он не знал о существовании ифейса wlan1? ибо полагаю что он занимает карточку... Или ткните носом что делаю не так)

Разобрался я ) оказалась проблема в обновлении, пакет hostapd в trusty аж с версией 2.1... установка пакета 1:1.0-3ubuntu2.1 из sausy решила все проблемы с поднятием АР ) можно наверное темку убить)
